i cant get mine off, i have locked up the flywheel but have now snapped to sockets!!

any ideas?

Locked the flywheel as in put it in gear to stop the engine from turning? And how have you managed to snap 'two'(?) sockets, surely the bolts would round before taking out a socket. Unless you're using a chocolate tool set.

the engine is on the floor, and there snap-on sockets mate

i have undone the 6 small bolts but the big middle one will not undo!!

take em back to snapon! you using a scafold pole or something on the sockets?
you need an air gun mate and impact socket
