Just a couple of quick questions. 
Would you sand down the grain before spraying or would it look ok left like it is?
And can the grey bit of the front and rear bumpers be seperated from the rest?

Aye, get rid of that orange peel before you spray...
What gray bit do you mean on the bumper?

Those bits cant be removed, if im thinking of the same parts as you. The bumpers are all one piece.

Yeah didn't think they could be. The bit that carries on from the arches, GSi's still have the "orange peel" though, even though they're colour coded. =\
