Fitted my Cav Gsi slabs the other day, while moving the car around the workshop, heard a rubbing/squeaking noise
looked at the suspension and my spax rsx coilovers are touching the inner tyre wall on both sides
people have suggested spacers, i assumed cav slabs fitted first whack, guess i was wrong
i have seen 3mm spacers available but i dunno if it will give me enough clearance??

oh yeh with 3mm spacers am i gonna have to get longer wheel bolts?? and where from as i have no idea on sizes of wheel bolts

cav slabs fit fine but you need spacers to clear the spax shocks mate. its commong thing.
3mm should be fine, try them though. there not expensive.
3mm should be fine with standard wheel bolts also

where can i get the 3mm ones from, iv read the website wrong the ones im looking at are 5 and 10mm ones

halfords or ebay depending on how soon u want them
mine came in packs of 2 3mm spacers

oh dear just had a proper look seems i might need even larger spacers than first thought, looks as if i'll need 5mm minimum
10mm looks more likely....bugger!

What size tyres are you running? iirc the Cav slab is 6j so a 185 or 195 tyre should be spot on. I had Astra GSi wheels on my Corsa temporary. I had to space the the fronts by 5mm as the tyres were 205, I reckon with a 195 it'd been fine.

205 is too big you are correct you need 195/45/15
