rite guys! i finally fitted it last nite and oh wot a job! it took us 7 hours! finished it at half 1 in the mornin! lol had to change a couple of things like the wiring harnice we bought it round the other side but it still wasnt lond enough after fittin the box so we had to cut and extend all of the wires! also the induction pipe was a struggle coz there is not much room from the TB to the standard airbox!
Rite so we finally finished everythin started it up and it was lik ereally lumpy and the EML light was on! We were supplied with a blankin plate but it was one for where u remove the throttle body i was told blankin this off means the egr is blanked and is no need to touch the egr now! so i basicly drove it home and the light was constantly on till i got to my road the engine stalled and wen i tried startin it again it was like really low lumpy idle then wud cut out!? n e one had this?

Make sure that the fuel tank vent valve has 2 pipes connected to it as this can cause running problems if not connected properly. Then when the vacuum pipes are connected up, dont connect the breather from the rocker cover because the MAP sensor sucks in air from there and affects its readings

The bit where the blanking plate goes does not need to be touched- it will be a vacuum pipe issue I would think- definately check the fuel tank vent valve that there are 2 pipes connected to it- 1 to the inlet manifold and the other to the charcoal cannister in the drivers side wheel arch (this will be a black pipe running behind the engine)

Get some pics up mate of the whole engine bay, and close-ups of your connections and where they go to
