I'm now going to Newcastle this weekend with some of the lads.
Can anyone advise on the best places to go for maximum enjoyment & plenty of loose slaaags?  (not for me of course...  )
Where's best places to stay also? We've been looking and we can get a travel lodge about 5 miles away (left it a bit late)... but are there any other cheap places for us to rest our heads at 5am - maybe within walking distance of the clubs/bars etc?
Gonna be staying Friday and Saturday night, so ideas on what to do Sat day would be welcome too

City Centre might cost a little more and be hard to book since it's bank holiday weekend, at a total guess.
Since you said a 5 mile travel to a travel lodge etc, then there's this on the way to the airport that I can think of atm. Is about 4 miles at a guess. travel lodge 4 miles out is alright i stayed there and was close to the shopping centre and a quick cab ride in and out of the main town!
