Just got a tee shirt through the post, it's a bit big...
Was looking into sending it back for a small size, but it looks as if you can't send something back unless it was actually their fault, i.e. they sent the wrong size etc.
Has anyone done this before? I know I'll have to pay postage but doesn't bother me as it wasn't that expensive anyway!

If it wasn't that expensive is it worth the hassle? Order the smaller size and ebay the bigger one?
Dunno about their returns policy tbh tho

i ordered the wrong memeory card once, my mistake and they acepted it fine.
Just ask them to return it, theycan only say no

I think anything bought online is returnable. Its completely shoddy customer service if you can't return an item.
Where does it say you can not return it?

distance selling rules, you can return it, i think only if its un-opened or something though. have a read it defo says on there website somewere.
