im going to transfer my 'music' file onto a memory stick from my old comp to new one, the 'music' file has the 'itunes' stuff in it, will this go on it to? so i can just simply transfer it onto new one? then do ijust download itunes again onto new comp? and then how do i set up ipod on new comp? apparently it can be registered on up to 5 computers is that right??

copy music over
install itunes
sort library out 1st

then

plug your ipod in. itunes will autodetect it and probably autosync too
