Some of you may remember i posted a few weeks ago that i had that annoying twitch in my eyelids in all 4 of them It drove me mad.

I had a week off last week and only had it a few times, but its come back worse than before?!

Am i going to die?

im pretty sure eye twitching is a sign of lack of sleep, stop taking caffeine and get some sleep!

Mine are terrible at the moment. Im so stressed with alot of different aspects of my life at the moment and im not sleeping well at all There isnt anything you can do about it unfortunately apart from get some good rest and wind down

get more sleep! im knackered at the mo and havent had much sleep, and my eyelids are twitching like crazy!

You get it from stress, but when you say to someone" can you see my eye twitching" they can never see it, y is that??

if you look in the mirror then you can see them move its not big enough that everyone would notice but weird when you can see it

Am not abnormally tired? But work is stressfull fo sho

What about the little worm type things you see the outline of but when you try to look at them they move away? They freak me out
