sold an item for £210
to put it on and sell it it cost about £24
paypal took £7.75 off for him paying me.
how robbing is that.
its like 10% ebay have took off me for the selling fees
dread to think what a car for say £2000 selling fees end up being

I sold something for £150 last week, paypal took about £6 & ebay took £15.84. What a rip off!!

yep
i though mint because it seems cheaper to put something on
but when sold etc... you end up fucked.
and you cant really higher the price to cover fees as most things will be cheaper to go out and buy in the shops.

Yeah I know it's stupid they seem to have the monopoly on online auctions and online payments.
If you don't use PayPal you can't really sell/buy on eBay.
Their business practices are questionable at best.
