CAn you get 205/40/R17 on a Corsa B lowered 40 mm without mods to the wheel arches?

u think?
i have 15's on there at the moment and they look too small..too much tyre to alloy ratio, but getting smaller tyers isn't an option as it will offset the speedo

Wuld these tyres fit my car?
