I'm in agony AARRRGHHH!
Some of you lot may know I have basically ruined the ligaments in my right knee, went in for a second operation on it this morning, arrived home about 2 ish and the medication made me sleep allday, just got up and I'm not due another dose of painkillers for another hour yet, cheer me up offday'ers please.
Or Will_Doyle could just make about 6 threads, that should be entertaining.

how did you do it, or how do you no there runied? my left knee clicks alot some time so bad i cant move it and some days just hurts, and clicks alot when i use the clutch in my car.

Hope you recover soon mate.. My mate had the same problem, as hes a kick boxers, and hes all fine now.

I was playing football, twisted to change direction and just heard it go.
Maybe you have damaged the cartilage?
