there is rust appearing behind the window rubber on the front widscreen on the roof, its just starting. It runs the full length of the rubber, how do i fix it, can i, or am i Fooked

get a grinder with a wire brush fitment and strip it back to bare metal or get it shot blasted, then treat it and repaint roof
It's usually caused by windscreen fitters sliding a cutting tool round the bonding when cutting out broken windscreens and scratching off paint

Same happened to mine got it sorted at vauxhall for £200.

My GSi has got bits of rust at the top of the windscreen, blob on the roof and at the bottom of the passanger side door. Needs sortin.Only payed £1200 for it so cant moan.Does anyone know how much it is for a top coat respray?
