sent off the tax disk of my old car for a refund, just got a letter back saying i can have it
either because i am not the registered keeper or i am and havent told them it was SORN/sold/ eyc
well the form i sent the tax disk on had a box to declare the car sorn and then i sold it a week later and sent off the logbook!
need to ring them asap the wankers
it took a month and will now they will only give me 3 months instead of the four i sent it with if i do ever get my money
