Just wondering, Is the antenna/radio ariel sometimes the earth when fitting new cd players into a Vectra???

Just installed one in my friends car and there is no power, the only thing not connected yet is the ariel because he needs an adapter for it.

Nope wont have anything to do with it, check you havnt done a fuse, or the yellow and red wires havnt disconnected

There is a slot for a 10A fuse in the back of the cd player but there is not one in there, Could that be the problem?

Am i right in thinking that its a mini fuse as a normal blade fuse seemed too wide to fit,

Anywhere in the car that i could take one from to test?

no ul have to go and get one from halfords ect
