Put something along the lines of it means a lot to you as you will be representing the company so top quality customer service is essential

In my opinion, customer service gives a direct representation of the company. This means that good customer service is a necessity at any company, as it will have a large effect on how the company is percieved to the public. A well organised and helpfull customer service advisor can often be the difference between an unhappy customer or a happy one. Good customer service is about making sure your customers come back, and when they do, they need to go away happy again, this is the job of a customer service advisor in my opinion.

Good customer service is Integral to any business, large or small. The experience and satisfaction of the customers' themselves are a central factor in business success.
Positive experience leading to strong, loyal customer bases and in turn, word of mouth provides invaluable advertisement for the company itself.
Therefore I feel it is imperative always to strive to give the best service to customers in every scenario possible.
A customer service advisor is a front line representative of the company and as such is a role that should be taken with great enthusiasm and a willingness to be the best.

No probs, not perfect either but quite solid and concise. I do say customer a lot too but i think that enforces the thought that you are putting the customer at the front of your thoughts etc.
