Looking to choose between 2 Dell at the moment,

No1: Dell XPS 420 - £529.97

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 processor
(2.33GHz, 1333MHz FSB, 4MB Cache)
Vista Home Premium
$GB DDR2 800MHz memory
500GB SATA hard drive (7200rpm)
512MB ATI Radeon HD 3870 graphics
BluRay Reader and DVD RW
Meadia card reader
10xUSBs

No2: Dell 540 £439

Intel® Core 2 Quad Q8200
(2.33GHz, 4MB Cache)
Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium
4GB DDR2 memory
500GB SATA hard drive (7200rpm)
Intel® GMA X4500 graphics
Dual Layer DVD Rewriter
6x USB and 1x FireWire port
Media card reader

Both come without monitor and looking to spend around £100 on one. Its to be used as a family computer, mainly internet browsing, doing general documents and some multimedia. Quite possibly be used for a little gaming too.

Any thoughts would be most welcome.

The top one is a lot better? Better processor, bluray reader.

Not sure on the gfx cards though

Yeah it would be great to have a graphics card that's the better one, as I say its not going to be for hardcore gaming but for future proofing its probably better to have the top one.
