i dont mind being up heights, in a plane, high flat etc, but i had to go up on a 'boom' (mobile platform) today, up 100ft to change some light bulbs. was actually shitting myself when i got upto the lights, changed 3 bulbs and got back down as quick as poss! pleased with myself by doing it, but i dont fancy doing it again, as the wind was shaking me about and just generally didnt like the feeling of nothing around me to hold onto etc....
just the fact that a metal arm was holding me up from the ground, so high, was nerve racking, i froze a couple of times, but i was absolutely bricking it! as i say, i dont mind planes or being in high flats etc, but this was just a bit too much!
anyone else have the same problems?

I like tombstoning, but won't do a jump if I feel unsafe standing where I need to. (sort of the same lol)

Not really got over it if you don't want to go up again
At least you did it. I hate scaffolding which is a bit of a problem for a building surveyor

It's not the height that bothers me its the danger if I fall
I can stand at the top of the eiffel tower and be fine, but 10ft up a tree i'd be shitting it
