Im currently using the GM 10w40 at the moment but after about 10-15 mins of driving i start to get a tap (lifter) its had new lifters on the rebuild. could this be because of too thin/thick oil or lack of oil pressure?

AM i using the wrong oil?

I always used Shell Helix on my CLET, mainly because Turbo Technics recommended it for there turbo and would not issue a warranty if it wasnt used
