As above, i dont no if anyone remembers i mentioned a couple of days ago that i wanted an r5 turbs.
Well i have now bought one its a bit tatty, but mechanicaly sound
It has a clifford concept 300 cat 1, a full stainless scorpian-which sounds the nuts-you can here the turbo whistling through it renault 19 rims.
It has a few dents/scratches on it, but i am gonna tidy the bodywork up and my mate is gonna respray it
So all in all i am a happy chappy! Apart from the fact i gotta sell the GT4. ah well

Bearing in mind it hasnt been driven properly for about 7 months, it goes well is holding back a little bit, but think it just needs a service, points plugs etc.
My mate that i got it through is a mechanic, so he is gonna help me with anything that needs doin, which is handy
It is like driving a go kart after the GT4

Loads of fun aint they! R5's are the bollocks, nutty french beast made of tin foil with a mental engine, the french do know how to do a few things good, it won't be long before something breaks tho if you're running more than standard boost

I've got an R5 as a second car, its got a T25 Hybrid on it that runs at about 25psi, get on the owners club website, loads of helpful intelligent people on there if you have any problems you can't solve
