what happens if your away on holiday for an exam can you take it before or after you go/come back? or are you fucked and miss it?

just had a random thought as im starting acca in sept so would be having exams in Dec but got a holiday booked (well not yet booked - but we still cant change the week we are planning on going due to work) but my exams would be in Dec and the past 2 years have bin around the time ill be going so would i just miss them or take them before/after i got back?

You can only do that exam on that date. Unfortunately you can't take it any other time.

ok new question is there anyway i can find a definate date of when the exam will be in dec 2009?

What whatever place it is thats organising the exams? My exam dates for my part-time course are set at least 12 months in advance, so would imagine yours are too.

what exam is it matt?

ACCA exam dates are 7-16 December

which ever the first 2 exams are for acca (excluding the excemptions which are the first 3 )

I think its papers F5 & F6 that would be in december.
