how do i change the details manually

can only see the option for itunes to get them.

If you right click, click get info, then go to the info tab it should let you enter the details you want... thats how you do it on a mac anyway, i'm sure it's the same on windows though.

As Alun said, just right click, Get Info, click the Info tab at the top and type in what you want.

I just double click (every slow double click) on the text on mine (when looking at the main library screen) and it comes up with a cursor to change what Ive click on.

Unless Im misunderstanding what you mean.

Edit the actual file on your HDD. Right click, properties and all that jazz.
