Just looking for some rough estimates on usage of Gas / Electric
House has gas boiler + hobs - cooker etc are electric
Average I can find is 15,000kw for gas and 4,00kw for a 2 bed semi but it doesn't say how many live there?
Cheers!

2 Lads in the 2 bed flat.
I've constantly got a computer on due to work, and also a tv / radio.
Flatmates constantly got some uv lights on and a "heatmat" for a bearded dragon in his room.
We don't use that much, and pay electric every 3 months. Pay less than £50 between us for 3 months! Why is everybodys elses so high?

We pay £80 a month for both. Don't have any readings. Just know we spent just short of £200 during 4 months in the winter which works out we used £50 a month on dual fuel.

I was paying £8.40 a month in our old 2 bed terrace, with electric hobs and oven, gas everything else.
Moved to a 3 bed semi now though, but with gas hobs im thinking it will be around the same, maybe a little bit more due to my tarriff reverting back to a standard one.
In the old place (gas for central heating and showers, minimum 2 per day) I paid £30 for a gas a month and during the summer months built up a healthy £180 credit to pay off winter bill
edit - it WILL be more, forgot about the dishwasher, that uses 1kWh every cycle. But this new place is on a water meter so will be interesting to see the savings I make (hopefully)
