Managers have the right to refuse anyone entry weather it for what you done, or even if they just don't like the look of you and so on.

The only time a 16/17 year old can "LEGALLY" drink alcohol is when their parents are there and they can have lager WITH a meal and that's leagally. Though course the alcohol has to be in proportion with the meal. IE: Peters pastie + 12 pints wouldn't be allowed
