TBH, I think it may of been something you had to listen to all the build up of. The constant micky take out of her and him being exes. The fact the tv crew moved to the opposite side of the court where the radio mics wouldnt reach to try to prevent anything like this, the fact her ex has been trying to get on the umpire mic for years and she gets on it first time in asking, etc.
