My aunty was a dispenser at first, and then her manager who owned the shop and was the pharmacist put her on courses etc to make her become a qualified pharmacist.

Unfortuntaly my nan died and she turned to drink - giving up an exceptional job.

But on another note - id say university for a degree is a must.
