Edd, my sky box is fubar, when you run the test it says it's connected to the phone line, but wheN you try and order a movie it says it's not connected  any ideas? It's one of those sky branded White boxes, atari or amiga or something

our sky HD box has been shite since they came and replaced the original Pace box due to some recall or something... It keeps freezing and when I was recording earlier, no other channel could be watched as it said there was no signal.... Its rubbish when your paying £50+ a month...

this morning none of the channels worked, got home all the channels worked but went to record something at 9pm on channel5 and you couldnt watch and record it at the same time. the recording failed aswell

my samsung hd box is a pile of wank, certain channels are blocky when they feel like it, crashes all the time, useless, rarely had problems with the standard thomson box we had.

Our box crashes occasionally but it's not often anything bad happens. Apparently it "wouldn't work" on Monday night, but yesterday it was fine
