People that absolutely hate their jobs........
Did you do it expecting to enjoy it but got fed up of it?
Or did you just do it because you couldn't get anything else?

You own the company don't you Jiz?

It's ok, I never look forward to it BUT if I didn't have it then I think i'd miss it. Dislike travelling (the money I spend on it mainly) and get stressed out sometimes but it's generally a nice place to work, quite relaxed people etc, could do with more money though.

That one.
Went in for the money, realised money only buys materials, but not happyness.
Wish someone would have helped at a younger age.
You either take a lower pay, do a better happier job, or take a higher wage, but have to work with w*nkers and take the shite.. If you get a high wage and enjoy it, then your just bloody lucky.
I want my own business, but need about £250k to start it, and its a bad time to start right now.
Just hope the future changes, but you can only make those changes yourself. Or carry on moaning about it.
Until im financiall safer, im moaning......

Some days I love my job, other days I fucking hate it. Some guests are absolute twats and having to smile and bullshit to them to keep them happy is crap, but then on the other hand, I can run someones wedding, they have the best day of their lives, they think i'm the best thing since sliced bread and I love my job again!! Its swings and roundabouts.
Its long unsociable hours and shit pay though- until you get to a certain level and i'm nearly there. It takes a certain type of person to work in the hotel industry.

Things to make you smile.
However bad your job is, however bad a day your having, many people are having a much worse day.
I don't "dislike" my job, its ok, i can bear it, its just i feel im wasting my life doing something im not really that interested in.
I need to do something i personnally enjoy doing.

I enjoy my job and where I work. The pay is good too.
Where I worked before was ok when I was training but after a few years I felt frustrated and like I was being held back plus he wasn't paying me anywhere like enough. So jumped ship, went to a bigger company working on bigger projects, have gained much more responsibility and its one of the best things I've ever done. Worked my way up here in the past couple of years and I now do the biggest jobs in the office (inbetween browsing CS )

I don't love mine and I don't hate it like I have jobs in the past. Flxi time is awesome though, not sure I could ever go back to strict hours. Gutted about the fact that the position got re-gradded when it went in, could do with the extra money.

i hate the pay /no payrises etc and no progression within the company crap, the fact we have to much work and cant seem to get anything doen in time! feels like a customer complaints office ! grrrr , i have learnt the art of lying to customers very well

Yeah I love my job, although some days it can get quite emotional, I'm a nurse on a Haemotology ward and there are some sad days, but with the bad comes alot of good also, and the money is very good too.
Alot of my family work in the NHS (part of the reason my Mum settled here)
My Mum is a medical rep selling heart valves, also she is on the board at a Sheffield hospital.
My younger sister Chloe is a student nurse in her 2nd year, and my Grandad was a surgeon so I was kinda led into it from that.

I dont love it, but then again it beats having a 'normal' job.
Its not something I intend to be doing for a long time anyway, Im getting good experience running things which will help me when my own plans start to happen later this year.
