Who is the biggest sicknote on here?

In 4 years, having had fuck all ever injuries before, Ive had the following:

Dislocated left knee - Out for 5 months
Torn meniscus right knee - Out for 6 months (NHS Waiting list )
Fractured left ankle - Out for 3 months
Damaged left ankle ligaments (occured when the fracture did) - Out for 3 months
Not as bad as the ones above, but nursing a torn thigh muscle which I've been out for 5 weeks for and almost fixed.

Since I was 15 I can remember:

Osgood Schlatters in my right knee - it's flared up again recently.

Torn hamstring x 2 - 2 months at a time.

Badly bruised rib - 6 weeks.

Ruptured ligaments in both ankles on several occasions. Easily 3 months at a time.

I have been quite lucky actually considering I have played football since I was 8 and I'm not 27.

Skiing - Cruciate Ligament, was out for around 8mpnths. I was only 12 at the time aswell, ever tried stopping a 12 year old boy playing football, not easy

Football - Broken ribs was out 3 months ish, was my own fault aswell.
Broken nose, dived into a tackle, boy pussied it and tried to hurdle me and instead kicked my nose half way across my face had to get numerous bits of straightening out done.

Thai Boxing - Been knocked out twice now while sparring in the gym, and got kicked so hard I spewed once but nothing really bad.

Snowboarding - Nothing as yet

Football...

2 x medial cruciate ligament tears, currently recovering from one at the moment. 1 st time I was sidelined for just under a year, this time it's expected 8 months as surgical techniques are better now.

Broken right leg on trial in Brazil. Out for about 5months.

Torn hamstring as a teenager, out for around 2 months.

Never had an injury untill i tore my meniscus when i was 16, was out of action for 2 years. The guys at the good old NHS said I had ruptured ligaments and were very insistant on this. Kept going to physio, once the knee was strengthened again they said i could play football. So i did, and repeated the injury, this happened 4 times, so i went to see a specialist knee surgeon who confirmed it was meniscus within 2 minutes of looking at it, went back NHS, told them, they did exploratory keyhole which found the problem, went back 1 month later and had the majority of my meniscus taken out.

Because i kept playing on it, it actually squashed a lil bit of it which made it worse. Took 5 months of physio to get fit after that and ever since then ive always got muscle strains, and slight ligamnet damage ever since.

Hockey Stick to the mouth, cracked 2 teeth in half and cut right through top lip.

That's about it really. Usual bruises and sprains over the years though.

Dislocated knee cap combined with ruptured cruciate and lateral ligaments and a torn meniscus = never play competitive Rugby again

I'd never had any until I twisted my ankle was year, gave it 2-3 week but it never got chance to heal properly all season. Ok now though. Not bad as i've played about 15 years worth of football.

My brother has quite a long list of injuries through motorbike racing and motorbikes in general, think he's made up for mine.
