Good one for a change.
Scratched the screen cover on my phone, tried to polish it out, made it worse.
Ordered a replacement one from ebay, found the only auction saying it was genuine, wasn't really expecting it to be genuine, but anyway.
Fitted it today, it's not genuine but it's only minute details that 99% of people wouldn't notice like the nokia logo not being as perfectly sharp as it should be.
Emailed him saying, just got an email back saying he'd refund me.
Only 4 quid but better than nothing

Done that a few times, Bought a case for an N73 which said it would be genuine and they sent me a copy, I complained and he sent me a really dusty genuine one, was all rather strange..
A couple of times I've complained and they have refunded half or more of the price which I think is fair

its prob more than worth it to keep you from moaning to ebay and getting them taken off the site!
