They had 3 old cars, and they were doing tasks like putting the handbrake on a 33% ramp, and driving over a very cobbly(sp) road with eggs above their heads.

The last task they had to do was fill all the cars up with water and see how far they could get around the track

Is that a fair new episode out of curiosity, or years old?

I remember this one. Good episode! Yeah I'm sure it was 2 or 3 series ago. On the handbrake test doesn't someones car roll back down the hill? I think it was maybe Hammonds

i saw that also for the first time last weekend. they had to use 3 pumps to fill jezza's car cause it leaked so bad. then the door fell off.

Yeah, it was Hammonds.

I was pissing myself at the way James and Richard were trying to jump out of their cars as quick as possible in case they rolled backwards when they were still halfway in the car

I love the episode where they are building the caterham from scratch and clarkson skimps on a few nuts an bolts etc

Dont think its often shown....
