put a cd ion and it starts but it just wont show up on itunes or my computer???

any ideas

i think it doesnt know there is a disk in there andi checked the drivers

seriously annoying me now, it must know it is there if i put a cd in it tries to run it,

it isnt on my computer as drive D

and i cant find the hardware

i restored and my computer couldnt fiind operating system..... then did
