the shaft and splined part of my inner cv has come out from the casing. ive tride to refit back into making sure all the ball bearings were in the correct place but the joint is moving correctly, is there anyway of refitting them if not how do u remove the cv joint as i cant pull on the driveshaft as i normally would ???

sounds liek you havnt got the cv together correctly i had this on my inner cv when all the balls fell out, you need to remove the cv and try get it together, its like a chineese pussel getting it together

i can get it were the balls are all lined up but when i go to push the spider in the balls go to far in then wont come back

once its dead it aint going back together, ull need a new one.

wrong!! it will go back together the inner part that site inside the balls will only go in one way but will go in other ways and not work.
took me ages to get it rite on mine but happend in the end, just need to play with it, if all else fails do what i done, hammer the outer casing off the cv, prise it off and work it out then will be much easier,

what casing? the 1 were the ball bearings sit in ? ive tried for bwt 2 hours trying to get the lil biatch to work but cant seem to get the ball bearings far enuf forward
