than waiting all day on a parcel thats supposed to be next day delivery, the dissapointment when it hits 5pm and no sign is unreal

is it coming via the home delivery network by any chance? those guys are useless. they deliver stuff to our business address at like 7pm. when theres nobody there.

supposed to be DHL but its been passed on to a sub contractor from what i can see, was put out for delivery at 10am this morning

IMO royal mail special delivery is the most reliable service for next day, so long as its posted in the morning, every time ive used it the item has arrived next morning.

Easier than a courier too.
