That looks like a proper good and professional job tbh.

Concepts and some supercars are made in a similar fashion (though using actual moulding foam and not PU foam) where a sculptor carves out the design in the foam.

The body is then coated with fibreglass and the final car is actually quite as strong as any fibreglass-bodied car.

Though the design may not be to everyones taste, that is a terrific bit of DIY work.
