The thing is, there isn't actually rules that dictate that you have to spend money on a bird all night, buying drinks and paying for taxis. That's just called being a mug. If a bird is into you then you don't really need to flash the cash. Don't think I've ever bought a girl a drink unless it's a g/f lol.

tbh if you frequent Bolton on nights out then you'll be disapointed with Bury. if you do end up going then try Brambles, Blind Tiger, Wyldes etc. i'd stay clear of the others. Yates' is beyond wank and shitty places like Cooler are full of knob heads. there is still a Chicago Rock that is good to pic up milfs at 3am when you are too pissed to pull a fitteh!

They turn a blind eye because they are better off in there out of the way than other places basically. It's not possible to eradicate everything illegal (lack of resources and money), some things just have to be managed. Look at drugs, there could be hundreds of thousands of people caught across the UK on a Friday and Saturday night carry things they shouldn't, some things just aren't feasible.
