Right just got some Gmax Gas Shocks with 60mm springs. I've put them on the car and it looks much lower than 60mm lol, the tyres dont rub and the turning circle is clear and not rubbing, how ever when im moving and going round a corner it rubs, causes from the arch.. i know this because i can see wear marks on the black plastic inside the arche.

how can i solve this problem?

Quick picture show how low the springs/shocks are.

Remove the inner plastic in the arch?

Cheers

remove arch inner and problem will be solved, letting it rub away will not only ruin your tyre but will take ages

Ok it's all sorted now, i got lower profile tyres today, as the ones i had were 50's so i got 45's and there is no rubbing.
This has just made the car a little lower aswell so thats a bonus

Drove past you yesterday on the A27, silver sport with personal reg and red crystal rear lights

I got the Seat Cordoba splitter a while back now, bastard to fit. I trimmed the bottom off mine as i was scrapping every speed bump.

I think yours is lower than 60mm as im down 60mm with the same profile wheels and i dont have any issues.

The shocks are shortened so probably why...
Depends on stiffness too... and depends on what engine is in there...
