They should be the same colour however there's no way on earth I would add a waist coast unless it was part of a 3 piece

correct me if i am wrong but the suit and the waiscoat are of the same design therefore can be a threepiece?

Apologies I assumed as they were sold separately that the were of different design, also the jacket looks a bit too casual to wear a waist coat under imo
