Semi-smooth boot/s! DIY'd my first one then had it sprayed up by a pro for £75. Looked mint for a week until it cracked lol. Me being a perfectionist I drove to wales to buy another boot which I had semi-smooth again but this time by the bodyshop. Payed over the odds to have it done for pvs. Got it back the day before so couldnt get it fitted in time Sold my old cracked one for £45 so lost out big style.
Learnt my lesson now though. Leave the bodywork to the pros! Would have saved so much money getting it done right the first time round.

Buying a Nova, Currently SORN for failing its mot, No car for three weeks ftl.
Then buying a 1.6 and spending nearly 2 grand on it when the most I will ever get back would be 1 grand if I was very very lucky.

just isn't worth it when i could be saving for a house deposit instead.
NEEDS to go.
Remind me what the guaranteed value on it is?
£11500 is the minimum guaranteed value. webuyanycar will buy is for £15400 right now which is tempting as i only owe £14300 right now.

Interesting. My VXR has fallen through for one reason or another so possibly on the lookout for something else in the near future. Don't really want to be spending 15/16k any more though
