Im just wondering what kinda gains-difference the mtec power cap would make ?

id like to no the same mate, alot of people are using the eco tech pipe, im wondering if to buy one or not, been told they give about 5bhp but think im going get the adapter plate off ebay for about 10 quid and custom make an inlet with elbows and samco's pipework.

powercap vs SFi box
The powercap gives higher PEAK bhp.... but less peak Torque.
So.... if you understand the relation between bhp/torque.... the powercap gives less torque, but for longer (more revs), giving the higher BHP.
I'd only fit one if it was needed for conversion/space reasons.

the power cap hardly gives you any extra bhp, probs around 5bhp.

not evan that mate if u got the ecotec pipe its exactly the same just plastic, i would only fit oe becausse they look good!
