I think it just lets air out of the tank allowing you to put more in but it's also supposed to help with the MPG

matt has your insurance dropped since you turned 21? are you on your on policey or not ? also what month/ yeat did pass your driving test on?
Passed Jan 2007 so this renewal time (feb 10) ill have 4 years ncb *touch wood* always bin on my own policy just had mum as a named driver to reduce it a bit.
I did a quote for my car with flux the other day and its £400 cheaper than im paying now but my current insurance hasnt changed.
ok its because i would like a new car now lol but the car i want is a group 15 i am on a group 9 now so what i am trying to work out is would my insurance go down in october(when i turn 21) or would it be worth me waiting till januray thats when the rewnewal is due. but then i have got the trouble off selling my car at a not very good time of the year?
well i did a few quotes for random cars for after being 21.
Mazda 6 2.0 tdi = £700iosh fc (old shape)
350z = 1200fc (05 plate)
golf r32 = 1500fc (10 year old car)
mums leon = 2500fc (09 plate)
so i would say being 21 has made them a bit cheaper but not much.
its normally 25 where the biggest drop is i thought nowadays

You will indeed. Means having to install it yourself I expect but if you're ok doing that then get one with Vista now and install 7 when it's out
