Can i fit away with fitting 2.5 bore exhaust system on my 1.6 gsi would there be any problmes?

not be worth it unless you need that bore size. will be very very loud.

Its not that loud if you get one with silencers in it- I fitted one to a mates 1.6 corsa, it was a magnex 2.5" system with a centrebox, backbox and magnex decat pipe that is 2.5" as well. I dont think they make that one anymore though. I think Bastuck make a 2.5" system and you can get them from Regal
