I have the plates and disks and callipers etc but what do i need to do to corsa rear beam to fit the conversion plates and disks etc, is there a guide any were.

how come your going for rear discs? just you dont really need them, a decent set of drum brakes are more than enough unless building a proper track car.
but you will need a bias valve for setting the brakes up so dont lock up everytime you hit the brakes

Were do i get the valve from and is there a kit to fit them

u can get them off 1.4 16v sports i have one on mine but its not for sale lol

pretty sure no corsa came with a proper bias valve, just that load sensor thing on the beam!
try rally design, peter lloyd rallying, demon tweeks for one.
should just take the rear drum off and fit the plates and the astra brakes, shouldnt be that hard to do once all stripped off

hi mate ive got the conversion on mine
you need rear brakes and carriers for a 2.0 litre i used a calibra ones
the plates that have to be welded to the beam, i used with the mtec kit cause it comes with the handbrake plate.
the rear hubs of a 2.0 lite i used the cavailer one, ul prob want to replace the shoes
And a handbrake set up i used a kaddet gsi one and had no probs
+ new discs + pads
and a bias vale or you migth want two for fine tweeking

i just used the inline valves off an astra on mine and it seems ok to me

I have the callipers,disks etc so they will bolt straight on, i got told i needed to cut some thing on the corsa rear beam to weld the plates on or do i just weld them straight on, and what bracket do i need i got my plates from chris astley.

why you dont y get a corsa c sri rear axle and fit it with no welding needed ??

im using the mtech kit from lmf vauxhall, with cavalier v6 rear backplates,stub axles and brakes, the mtech kit comes with all the guides for the cables as well which you just fit a mk2 gte 16v cable and your sorted

Corsa c rear drum type rear axle is same part number as corsa B so disc should be the same apart the hub bolt pattern ! also handbrake very similar to the cora b one
