Driving down the M40 this morning towards London. On the other side of the motorway the Highways Agency had pulled to a stop because there was a woman on a bicycle on the hard shoulder

Was a bit past Beaconsfield from what I can remember. Was busy concentrating on the road as there seemed to be loads of nutters in their cars today.
