Lots and lots and lots of sanding in different grades then lots of polishing

As above. Also invest in a few tubes of autosol, Great stuff for the job, Use it on loads of bits on the bike and it brings them up a treat

pay sombody else to do the wheels mate , there is a big chance you will give up , it dont cost much to get done
