Having watched the DVD that Paul J posted out to me, its motivated me to get my arse in gear and get back down the gym. I cant do the workout from the DVD due to lack of space and a nagging mother so i'm going to take the diet from it and work out a decent gym routine (i'll incorporate some of the stuff from the DVD into it an all if possible)
Now, is there any decent forums out there for gym goers? Just had a quick google search and found a couple but they seem to be over run with adverts and have about 10,000 sub forums. Muscle Talk seemed to be the best, or fitnessandlifestyle but that one looks a bit "wussy" if that makes sense.
Basically its will be just for reading and getting bits and bats of advice now & again. Just wondered if anyone on here read/posted on any there decent?

Nah mate, just so much stuff to read on the subject then it would be good to read a decent amount of stuff from a variety of people other than what i've read on here as its mostly them same people that post in these types of threads.
Just trying to broaden the horizons so to speak

uk-muscle.co.uk is one i use. too many internet experts on them though who think theres only 1 way to put on size.

as Dizzy said, uk-muscle.co.uk. I find that one to be one of the better ones, muscletalk.co.uk is pretty good aswell.
