I did no exercise for 7 months which is the issue. Now in and out the office all day which is fucking killing me physically
Hopefully will start losing the belly again!!

anyway back to the main subject its just so damn easy to gain weight but best thing to do is to stay away from fried foods, I watched this program on some SKY channel called "You are what you eat"
to give an illustration of fatty foods they set fire to a crisp just to show how fatty it is, a demo by chavs's
