If its anything like the SkyPlayer then it could be really good. A few guys in the office have used it to watch the cricket/golf and the picture quality has been up there with iPlayer. Easily watchable full screen providing your more than a few inches from the screen.

That was for something else, WPA2 support for Wifi.
I managed to download the Sky Player before it went offline yesterday. Accessing it for the time being from Quick Launch > Recent downloads. It's awesome!
It does help though that my dad is subscribed to the movie and sports packages, and has multiroom! Nothing like free stuff!

Can someone explain how this is going to work for me?
We have Sky with the football package and a few others, also have Sky Broadband.
We have multi-room, one is upstairs the other in the living room.
How can I get Sky through my Xbox?

mines downloading the update now.
Ojc, if you go to video centre, should see sky under there (providing you've got the update) thats if it is actually letting us download it now. Seems like a farce microsoft cock up as usual
edit: little update
just managed to get the update and sky software downloaded... do you think it works though, apparently it's just gone down ffs
and to top it off the help website has died as well

For anyone thats skeptical about buffering. I use the internet version in work on Saturdays and Sundays for the football. The quality is head and shoulders above iraqgoals and never stops to rebuffer..
