Staying down in London on 5/12-6/12 and for the life of me I can't work out the underground options. I only need a zone 1 pass for the weekend, does anyone know if its cheaper to buy in advance? The Mrs has a railcard too btw, but there are so many sites saying different things I thought i'd ask the experts

when I went I needed zones 1-4, just using an oystercard worked out the best tbh.

so the £3 goes onto the card aswell as whatever you top up? Or is that their charge for the card? Just says its a non-refundable deposit. ta

If it's only 2 days, it doesn't matter that much really, just buy a day ticket each day, if you're only in 1 zone i can't imagine it being much anyway
