Does any one remember when this happened in 2007 ?
You get updates every so often but not much, but here is the latest one.

So the questions are, where the hell is he getting the money for plastic surgery ? looks like it is him and he has had a serious amount done to him etc
still hiding around some where in Japan and still not been caught. Obviously what he did was sick but he must be quite a clever mofo to be on the run so long, getting away with all this plastic surgery and still not being caught. Christ knows where he is staying and the money he gets, I bet his family are covering it up or something.
