Thats right!!
Had our 14 week scan last night (its around 15 weeks since we got married ) and everything looked good at the scan.
We didnt ask about the gender and neither of us are particularly bothered for the first.
Birth date is the 1st of June

Congratulations. They wouldn't have been able to tell you the sex at that scan, it's done at the 20 week one which we had yesterday
Edit: you sure it's not 12 weeks? 14 weeks sounds wrong to be due on the 1st june

I'd piss myself if he said it couldn't be 12 or 13 weeks as he was working away at that time......

welcome to the world of seriously messy nappies and sleeples nights & screaming fits because they are teathing and have growing pains (andrew is 10 weeks today and growing atleast 2cm a week from what i've read and hered they are only sposed to do that per month) its all worth while when they giggle & smile tho..
congrats to you both..
oh and why do you want to know the sex?
its a great surprise when you dont know
just dont do what i did and say just after the babys born that she's going to have to wait to find out herself you will get a black eye lol

Im useless with dates, but yes its actually 13 weeks.
We just had the nucal scan (Test for downs etc).
Anything above 1 in 150 is considered safe, anything less is risky.
Ive just heard of someone with a risk of 1 in 10 (really bad!), but ours has been confirmed as 1 in 21,000 good news
During the scan, it was very strange feeling, something Ive never felt before.... It was freaky, scary, and exciting all at the same time, very emotional.

We never did get the scan done for downs etc. Didnt see the point
They only tell you they are at high risk low rsik etc. No point in putting yourself through the worry IMO
and would make no difference anyway
